Really nice coffee.
Recipe:
- V60, JP papers with tabs
- Brita filtered Zurich water
- Grind: 28 on 1Zpresso JX Pro with “0” (handle stops turning freely) at 1.75
- 15g coffee / 250g water (98 °C)
- bloom aggressively (35-40g water, swirl, agitation with spoon)
- 45s in pour in one continuous pour to 250g
- At the end swirl to settle the bed
- Total brew time just shy of 4 min
